Additional Links for Your Dog's Neck Tech Collar

Neck Tech Collars are of different sizes. They depend on the collar length and the width of the collar. That is why you may need additional links for your Neck Tech Collar.
If your dog's neck circumference is more than 19 inch, you can order an additional link, that will add 1 1/4 inch (3 cm) to the total collar length. You can add or remove links to make collar smaller or bigger so it fits your dog. Please, be advised that you will need needle nose pliers to perform this action.

These extra links are made of Stainless Steel. You may ask why Stainless steel of all other alloys were chosen for this purpose. We are glad to tell you that it has large advantages over the normal steel especially in coastal areas where steel chains will become slightly rusty already in the shops. There are also a large number of dogs which are crazy for water. Furthermore there are dog groups which are permanently in contact with wetness, e.g. the hunting dogs and the dogs working for the police. Chains made of normal steel will become dull after contact with wetness. Especially salt water will roughen the plating layer with the result that the chain gets rusty. This cannot happen to stainless steel.
