This is a follow up email to the one sent previously. Am glad to say the products arrived punctually
and well packaged. The products themselves, the Nappa leather collar and matching leash, are superb. My
girlfriend has taken our English Bulldog, Bobby, for a walk with them the same day and stated that he was much
more relaxed and easier to control, whilst the leash alone was 'like butter in my hands'. She stated the quality
of both was exceptional, and looked even better in person. I am currently waiting out for the H1 harness, and
very much looking forward to seeing/using this. These products seem to be as practical as they are stylish. I am
just regretful of the initial problems surrounding this order....... Regards.
